1 .We will endeavour to fulfil all orders within 72 hours of funds being received, apart from extenuating circumstances out with our control.

2. All orders are sent by Recorded Delivery and free P&P applies to UK destinations only (excludes Northern Ireland). Separate charges apply for Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.

3. Once an order has been dispatched Memory Lane Crafts cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to the item. Any damage to the items should be notified to us immediately.

4. All Albums are handmade, slight variations may occur. This will not however not affect the design or quality of the Album.

5. All prices are subject to change without notice.
